The ideal candidate

• Relevant qualifications — Bachelor’s degree in Albanian Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field; teaching certification (PGCE/QTS or equivalent) preferred.
• Teaching experience — Prior experience teaching Albanian language and literature, ideally within an international or multicultural school setting.
• Curriculum expertise — Skilled in delivering engaging lessons aligned with international curricula, fostering both language proficiency and cultural appreciation.
• Instructional skills — Ability to design creative, interactive lessons that build reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
• Adaptability — Comfortable working in a diverse environment and tailoring lessons to varied student backgrounds and abilities.
• Collaboration — Team‑oriented, contributing positively to the wider school community and supporting cross‑curricular initiatives.
• Passion for language — Enthusiastic about inspiring students to develop a love for Albanian language and culture.
