Our international school in Hanoi is seeking an innovative and enthusiastic A-Level Media Studies teacher to join our vibrant international learning community.

Overview

The successful applicant will teach the Cambridge International AS & A Level Media Studies programme, following the Cambridge International Curriculum Framework. Candidates should be suitably qualified, experienced, and fully committed to supporting students through both curricular and extracurricular activities.

The ideal candidate

• Degree in Media Studies, Film, Communications, or a relevant field
• Professional teaching qualification/license/certification
• Master’s degree (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification teaching experience in a formal school environment
• Experience teaching A-Level or equivalent post-16 curriculum preferred
• Experience with the Cambridge curriculum is desirable but not essential
• Passionate about media, digital culture, and creative communication
• Strong presentation, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent classroom management and organisational ability
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Adaptable, patient, flexible, and positive in approach
• Committed to student success and holistic education
