The ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- 3+ years’ teaching experience in a similar role
- Ability to promote innovative and creative teaching methodologies
- Experience with the American Curriculum is important
- Demonstrates a passion for learning and education
Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the kindergarten, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Curriculum Development: Design and implement an engaging curriculum that meets educational standards and fosters child development.
- Staff Supervision: Manage and support teaching staff, including conducting observations and evaluations to ensure high-quality teaching practices.
- Parent Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing concerns and providing updates on their child’s progress.
- Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining records.
- Professional Development: Organize and lead professional development sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
