Overview

You will teach Art across the Secondary School, creating hands-on lessons that encourage experimentation, creative risk-taking and individual expression.

The school values an Art programme that goes beyond traditional painting and drawing. You will have the opportunity to explore a broad range of media and techniques, including:

• Mixed media and craft

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a creative educator who can inspire students while creating a calm, supportive and well-managed classroom.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Art Education, Fine Arts or a related subject
• A recognised teaching qualification or relevant certification preferred
• At least 4 years of teaching experience
• Experience teaching Art within an international or diverse school environment
• Experience working with neurodiverse students, particularly students with ADHD and ASD
• Strong classroom and behavioural management skills
• Experience using differentiated and inclusive teaching strategies
• A willingness to develop hands-on, sensory-aware and creative learning experiences
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent command of English
• A genuine passion for creativity, inclusion and student-centred learning
