The ideal candidate

• Qualified teacher — holds a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent) with QTS.
• Subject expertise — strong knowledge of Mathematics with proven ability to teach AS Level confidently.
• Curriculum knowledge — familiarity with British National Curriculum, Cambridge AS/A Levels, and international frameworks.
• Student outcomes — demonstrated success in helping students achieve excellent academic results.
