The ideal candidate

• Bachelor of Education Degree in Primary Education with QTS
• Demonstrated success in supporting school leadership, managing teams, and driving academic improvement
• Thrives in a diverse, multicultural environment with sensitivity and respect for different backgrounds
• A team‑oriented leader who motivates colleagues, builds trust, and models professional excellence
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills; approachable, flexible, and solution‑focused
