The ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education with PGCE and/or QTS
- NPQH or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in secondary school leadership, with a track record of supporting teachers and driving whole-school improvement
- Strong background in curriculum development and assessment, ideally within international frameworks
- assionate about fostering student wellbeing, resilience, and achievement, ensuring every learner reaches their full potential
- Committed to continuous development, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the school’s long-term strategic goals
- Flexible and resilient, able to navigate change and lead with confidence in a dynamic international setting
