The ideal candidate

  • Qualified teacher — holds a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent) with QTS.
  • Subject expertise — strong knowledge of Biology and general Science, with the ability to teach KS3 and IGCSE confidently.
  • IBDP experience — experience teaching Biology at IBDP level or willingness to develop expertise in this area.
  • Curriculum knowledge — familiarity with British National Curriculum, IGCSE, and international frameworks.
  • Engaging lessons — skilled in planning and delivering interactive, practical, and inquiry‑based lessons.
  • Student outcomes — proven ability to secure excellent outcomes and support individual student potential.
