The ideal candidate

• Holds a recognized teaching qualification in Biology or Science Education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree, PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years’ successful teaching experience, ideally within an international or multicultural school setting
• Strong subject knowledge in Biology, with the ability to teach across related sciences
• Demonstrated ability to design engaging, inquiry‑based lessons that encourage curiosity and critical thinking
• Skilled in using modern teaching strategies and classroom technologies to enhance student learning
• Committed to accurate assessment, feedback, and reporting of student progress
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students
