The ideal candidate
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field, NPQH
- Extensive experience in implementing and developing the UK curriculum.
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead professional development sessions and mentor teachers.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development:
- Design, develop, and update the UK curriculum to meet the specific needs of our students.
- Ensure alignment with international education standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate innovative and effective teaching methodologies.
Professional Development:
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their understanding of the UK curriculum.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in UK education.
Assessment and Evaluation:
- Implement assessment strategies to monitor student progress and ensure continuous improvement.
- Analyze assessment data to inform curriculum adjustments and instructional strategies.
