The ideal candidate

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field, NPQH
  • Extensive experience in implementing and developing the UK curriculum.
  • Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead professional development sessions and mentor teachers.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development:

  • Design, develop, and update the UK curriculum to meet the specific needs of our students.
  • Ensure alignment with international education standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate innovative and effective teaching methodologies.

Professional Development:

  • Provide training and professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their understanding of the UK curriculum.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in UK education.

Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Implement assessment strategies to monitor student progress and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Analyze assessment data to inform curriculum adjustments and instructional strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with teachers, administrators, and school improvement consultants to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
