The ideal candidate

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree in Business, Economics, or Education (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience teaching Business and Economics at secondary or high school level, ideally within an international curriculum.
  • Strong subject knowledge and ability to deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons.
  • Familiarity with Cambridge curriculum or other internationally recognized frameworks.
  • Excellent classroom management and ability to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Adaptability and innovation in lesson planning, integrating real‑world examples and case studies.
  • Commitment to student success, encouraging critical thinking, problem‑solving, and global awareness.
