The ideal candidate

  • Holds a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, Teach First certificate + QTS, or equivalent)
  • Has at least two years of experience teaching IGCSE Business (A Level experience not required for 2026)
  • Is willing and able to teach Year 7 Maths (with support provided by the Head of Maths)
  • Is willing and able to teach Year 7 Geography (with support provided by the Head of Geography)
  • Is available to travel to Madrid for an interview and to teach a lesson between now and mid‑December (all costs covered)
  • Passionate Educator: Demonstrates genuine enthusiasm for teaching Business and Economics, inspiring students to engage with real‑world concepts.
  • Analytical Thinker: Possesses strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to simplify complex economic and business ideas for learners.
  • Adaptable & Flexible: Comfortable teaching across different year groups and adjusting methods to suit diverse learning styles.
