The ideal candidate

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Education or a related discipline, with recognized Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Minimum two years of teaching experience, ideally within a British‑curriculum international school setting
  • Strong expertise in Business Studies and related fields aligned to the UK National Curriculum
  • Proven ability to design engaging lessons that foster analytical thinking, collaboration, communication, and entrepreneurial skills
  • Solid understanding of financial literacy, enterprise, marketing, and global business tailored to Middle School learners
  • Effective classroom management skills that encourage respect, responsibility, and a culture of learning
  • Experience with formative and summative assessment to support student achievement and growth
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside colleagues, leadership, students, and families
