The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Education, or a related subject
• Recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience in IGCSE, A-Level, or equivalent programmes
• Experience with Oxford AQA curriculum advantageous
• Passion for international education and student-centred learning
• Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Business Studies lessons at IGCSE and A-Level
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with Oxford AQA standards
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Participate in curriculum planning and departmental initiatives
• Contribute to extracurricular programmes and wider school activities
• Support students with university preparation and future career pathways
