The ideal candidate

• Recognised teaching qualification — Holds Qualified Teacher Status through PGCE, BEd, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Teaching experience — At least one year of classroom experience, ideally within secondary or high‑school settings.
• Business Studies expertise — Skilled in teaching Business Studies at GCSE, IGCSE, or equivalent level.
• Advanced subject knowledge — Confident in delivering Business Studies at A Level with strong subject mastery.
• Curriculum knowledge — Familiar with the British curriculum and its educational framework.
• Communication skills — Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage students and colleagues effectively.
• Lesson planning — Capable of designing and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that challenge learners appropriately.
• Organisational ability — Highly organised, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
