The Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Chemistry or a related subject, along with a PGCE or BEd in Secondary Education
• Proven experience teaching Chemistry at Secondary level with strong subject knowledge
• Experience with the British or international curriculum, including IGCSE and/or A Level
• Confidence in delivering practical laboratory lessons safely and effectively
• Experience in a start-up or rapidly expanding school environment is advantageous
• Strong commitment to promoting high standards in literacy, numeracy, and communication
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to contribute to developing resources and school systems
