The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Education
• Postgraduate teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent
• Experienced Educational Leader: Proven track record in senior academic leadership, ideally within international or bilingual school settings
• Curriculum Expertise: Deep understanding of international curricula such as the IB Diploma Programme, IGCSEs, and British or bilingual education systems
• Instructional Excellence: Committed to high-quality teaching and learning, with the ability to mentor and support faculty
