The ideal candidate
- BA Degree in Primary Education
- Masters Degree in Education would be beneficial
- Proven leadership experience in primary education, with a track record of driving high standards in teaching, learning, and student outcomes
- Deep understanding of British curriculum and values, with the ability to adapt them effectively within an international context
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider community
- Innovative and forward-thinking leader, committed to professional growth, staff development, and fostering a culture of wellbeing and enrichment
