The ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a degree with PGCE in Secondary Education
- Previous experience as a Deputy Head of Secondary in an international school setting
- Proven ability to attract, retain, and develop teaching talent
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to lead curriculum development, supervise staff, and drive academic excellence
- Experience in exam management, timetable coordination, quality assurance, and data analysis
- Capable of building professional trust and fostering a positive school culture
- Flexible, kind, and open to leading change in a multicultural environment
