The ideal candidate
- Bachelor Degree in Education or Degree with PGCE in Secondary Education
- Master Degree in Educational Leadership or similar
- Proven experience in attracting, retaining, and developing teaching talent
- Minimum of 5 years’ working as Deputy Head of Secondary at an International School(s) with experience as Secondary Teacher or Head of Subject
- Experience teaching the National Curriculum for England in the UK or an international setting
- A thorough knowledge, and experience, of working with IGCSEs and AS/A Levels, as well as familiarity with all other key aspects of UK education
