The ideal candidate
- Proven leadership experience within secondary education, ideally in an international or multicultural setting
- Strong background in curriculum development and academic standards, with knowledge of IB, IGCSE, or similar programmes
- Excellent communication skills, able to build trust and positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
