The ideal candidate

• Proven leadership experience within secondary education, ideally in an international or multicultural setting
• Strong background in curriculum development and academic standards, with knowledge of IB, IGCSE, or similar programmes
• Excellent communication skills, able to build trust and positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
• Strategic thinker with the capacity to balance long‑term vision and daily operational responsibilities
• Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and student wellbeing, modeling integrity and professionalism at all times
