The ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in History and/or Education (advanced degree preferred)
- Recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching license
- Minimum of 3-4 years teaching experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IB schools
- Experience with the IB Diploma Programme (DP) or strong familiarity with inquiry-based, student-centered learning approaches
- Expertise in differentiated instruction to support diverse learning needs, abilities, and styles
- Collaborative team player who thrives in multicultural, international faculty environments
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and resilience in managing classroom challenges and supporting student growth

- Salary range: QAR11 000 – QAR14 000 depending on years of experience
