The Ideal Candidate

  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, BEd or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Drama or Performing Arts
  • Experience in managing neurodivergent students and with diverse or additional learning needs
  • Ability to create inclusive, engaging, and practical lessons
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills
  • Passion for extracurricular involvement, including school productions
  • Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
  • Creative, energetic, and student-centred approach

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Drama lessons

  • Organise and direct school performances and productions
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
