The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Drama, Theatre, Fine Arts, or Education (B.Ed.)
  • Teaching qualification or equivalent certification
  • Native-level English proficiency (UK, USA, or Canada preferred)
  • 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience in Drama and/or Art
  • Experience teaching international curricula (e.g. Cambridge, IB, or similar) is advantageous
  • Ability to teach both performance-based drama and visual arts
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and student-focused approach
  • Experience directing productions or leading art projects/exhibitions 
  • Confident using ICT to enhance creative learning
  • Willingness to contribute to school life beyond the classroom
