The ideal candidate
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (with PGCE/QTS or equivalent certification)
- Strong knowledge of child development and early years pedagogy
- Experience teaching or working with children aged 3–7, ideally in an international or multicultural setting
- Ability to create engaging, play‑based and inquiry‑driven learning experiences
