The ideal candidate
- Holds a degree in Education or Early Childhood Studies (mandatory)
- Proven experience teaching in Early Years/Foundation Stage, ideally in international or bilingual settings
- Strong knowledge of child development, play‑based learning, and early literacy/numeracy approaches
- Ability to create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage children, parents, and colleagues
- Enthusiastic, creative, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for working with young learners
- Commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing, and holistic development of every child
