An independent, co-educational IB World School which educates over 300 students from pre-school to the end of secondary education. The school offers students a hybrid, Ontario-based curriculum in the primary Lower School, and MYP the IB Diploma in the secondary Upper School, with a wide range of co-curricular activities

The ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Recognized teaching certification (ECE, PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Canadian curriculum frameworks and child development best practices
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Early Years or Kindergarten
- Experience in play-based and inquiry-based learning environments
- Warm, patient, and empathetic approach to teaching
- Collaborative team player with a positive and flexible attitude
- Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and school community life
- Excitement about living and working in Milan, embracing its rich culture and lifestyle
