The ideal candidate
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Possesses a PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience in Early Years
- Strong knowledge of the Curriculum of England and experience with international school settings
- Demonstrates creativity, patience, and the ability to inspire young learners through play‑based and inquiry‑based approaches
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Collaborative team player who contributes to curriculum development and extracurricular activities
- Must already have the legal right to work in Europe
- Passionate about fostering curiosity, independence, and a love of learning in young children
