The Ideal Candidate

• BA Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field
• PGCE or recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Early Years/Foundation Stage
• Knowledge of the British Curriculum and Early Years Framework
• Passion for early childhood development
• Enthusiastic, nurturing, and adaptable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
