The ideal candidate
- Recognised qualification — Holds a formal Early Years teaching qualification.
- Relevant experience — Experienced in working with children aged 2–5 within Early Years or nursery environments.
- Child development expertise — Strong knowledge of child development and early years pedagogy, including EYFS, Reggio Emilia, or similar frameworks.
- Effective communicator — Able to engage confidently with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Classroom leadership — Skilled in organisation, planning, and classroom management, with a focus on delivering high‑quality learning outcomes.
- Child‑centred approach — Inspires curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning through a student‑focused teaching style.
