The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a recognised Early Years or Primary teaching qualification
  • QTS required
  • Has at least 2 years’ experience in an Early Years setting
  • Brings creativity, energy, and a nurturing approach to the classroom
  • Values community, collaboration, and cultural diversity
