The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Experience teaching in Early Years or Foundation Stage settings (international school experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of early childhood frameworks such as EYFS or Cambridge Early Years.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A caring, reflective, and collaborative teaching approach.
Core Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Learning Support: Deliver engaging, play-based lessons that foster exploration, creativity, and inquiry.
- Assessment and Reporting: Observe and document student learning and development, providing meaningful feedback to parents and leadership.
- Classroom Environment and Student Support: Maintain a nurturing, inclusive, and well-organised classroom that supports holistic growth.
- Collaboration and Professional Engagement: Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, reflect, and improve teaching practice.
- Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of all students during school hours and events.
