The ideal candidate
- BEd or Degree with PGCE in Early Years Education
- At least 3 years EYFS teaching experience with a good track record
- Have great inter-personal and communication skills
- Display dedication, passion, and commitment
- Be caring and respectful and have a good sense of humour
