An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Economics Teacher to join an international school for a January 2027 start. The successful candidate will teach IGCSE and A Level Economics, alongside some Humanities/Global Perspectives.

Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and academically rigorous Economics lessons across IGCSE and A Level, supporting students to achieve excellent examination outcomes.
The role will also involve teaching some Humanities/Global Perspectives, so flexibility and the ability to contribute across the wider secondary curriculum would be advantageous.

Ideal Candidate
- Have significant experience teaching within the UK curriculum
- Hold a relevant degree and recognised teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching IGCSE and A Level Economics
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of UK examination specifications and assessment requirements
- Have a successful examination record at IGCSE / GCSE / AS / A Level
- Be confident teaching Economics to students across different secondary age groups
- Ideally have experience teaching Humanities and/or Global Perspectives
- Be adaptable, collaborative and committed to high academic standards
- Have excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Be enthusiastic about working in an international school environment
