The ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching A-Level or similar (Oxford AQA experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of current trends in international education
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach AS and A-Level Economics and Business Studies following the Oxford AQA curriculum
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that challenge and inspire students
• Assess student performance and provide feedback in line with AQA standards
• Collaborate with department staff on curriculum development and extracurricular activities
• Support students in preparation for university applications and career paths
