The ideal candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education or related field (Master’s preferred)

Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, etc.)

Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching A-Level or similar (Oxford AQA experience a plus)

Strong knowledge of current trends in international education

Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Key Responsibilities:

Teach IGCSE and A-Level Business Studies following the Oxford AQA curriculum

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that challenge and inspire students

Assess student performance and provide feedback in line with AQA standards
-
Collaborate with department staff on curriculum development and extracurricular activities
-
Support students in preparation for university applications and career paths
