The ideal candidate
- BA Degree in Education or a Degree in English Language with PGCE
- Teaching certificate or license in TESOL/TEFL
- Proven teaching experience in English as a Second Language
- Familiarity with the US Curriculum
- Strong knowledge of ESL teaching methodologies, language acquisition theories, and effective instructional strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Adaptability and flexiblity
- Familiarity with Map Testing is preferred.
