- BEd Degree in Primary Education
- Masters Degree in Leadership
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of and commitment to the IB World Curriculum
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with students, staff, families, and the community
- Enthusiasm, commitment and flexibility
