The ideal candidate
- Master's degree in Education
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of and commitment to Common Core State Standards
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with students, staff, families, and the community
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven decision-making and a commitment to continuous improvement
