The ideal candidate

Education and Certification:

• A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field.
• A recognized teaching qualification or certification in early childhood education (e.g., PGCE, Montessori, TEFL, or equivalent).

Experience:

• Significant experience teaching preschool or early years students in an international or multicultural setting.
• Previous experience in a leadership or coordination role is highly desirable.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning approaches.
• Expertise in English language instruction for young learners, including phonics, early literacy, and language acquisition strategies.
• Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., IB PYP, Reggio Emilia, or Montessori) is a plus.
