The ideal candidate

• Holds a teaching degree with relevant subject qualifications
• Proven experience in leading English departments or coordinating curriculum
• Strong background in Cambridge International curricula or similar international programs
• Demonstrated success in achieving excellent student outcomes
• Skilled in curriculum development and teacher mentoring
• Excellent classroom management and leadership abilities
• Strong communication skills and commitment to safeguarding

Job type: Contract

Duration: 2 years (renewable)

Salary range: Competitive and based on experience
