We’re looking for an experienced English Coordinator to lead literacy across EYFS & Primary. Be part of the founding team, set up curriculum, mentor teachers, and build a strong reading culture from day one.

As part of our founding team, you will design and implement engaging programmes in phonics, reading, and writing, mentor teachers in best practice, and establish a vibrant culture of literacy from the very first day. The ideal candidate

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language, English Education, or related field
• Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction, TESOL, Educational Supervision, or related field preferred
• At least 5 years in academic supervision or educational leadership, ideally in an international school setting

• Proficient in educational technology and digital learning platforms
• Solid understanding of child safeguarding practices and Ministry of Education regulations
• Ability to provide academic guidance, training, and ongoing support to English language teachers
• Skilled at monitoring teaching quality and driving continuous academic improvement
