The ideal candidate

  • Degree in your specialism subject with a PGCE and/or QTS
  • Proven track record of teaching English Language and Literature across secondary school (IB DP experience would be preferred)
  • Experience in organising literary projects, debates, drama productions, and extracurricular initiatives that enrich students’ engagement with texts
  • Ability to inspire students to develop critical thinking, creativity, and a passion for reading and writing
  • Creative in designing engaging lessons that balance textual analysis, writing skills, and collaborative learning
  • Adaptable to diverse cultural settings with inclusive and student-centered teaching practices
