The ideal candidate

  • BA Degree in English Language with QTS and/or PGCE in Secondary Education
  • At least 2-3 years teaching experience
  • Must have completed ECT
  • Demonstrate excellence in both spoken and written English, ensuring clarity, precision, and creativity in teaching language and literature across diverse student groups
  • Thrive in a multicultural environment by respecting local traditions, embracing Islamic values, and fostering inclusivity while maintaining a global outlook in the classroom
  • Bring fresh, engaging approaches to lesson planning—integrating technology, interactive activities, and creative methodologies that inspire students to love reading, writing, and critical thinking
