The ideal candidate

  • Degree in English: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a closely related field.
  • Teaching certification: Recognized teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
  • Leadership experience: Proven track record in leading English curriculum development or subject leadership.
  • International exposure: Experience in international or multicultural school settings is highly desirable.
  • IB or British curriculum: Familiarity with the IB framework or British curriculum is an advantage.
  • Inspirational educator: An excellent and motivating teacher of English who brings lessons to life.
  • Subject expertise: Strong knowledge of English language and literature, paired with genuine enthusiasm for the subject.
  • Curriculum leadership: Experienced in curriculum design, progression, assessment, and outstanding classroom practice.
