The ideal candidate

  • Bachelors Degree (or higher) in Education or in your teaching subject
  • PGCE or QTS
  • 2+ years' experience in your specialist subject
  • Establishes and maintains a high standard of education
  • Facilitates an inclusive learning experience for students
  • Drive to maintain and improve teaching standards
  • Experienced in teaching English, ideally within a prep or international context.
  • Passionate about working with young learners and committed to helping each child flourish.
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and ready to contribute to a dynamic, community‑centred school culture.
