The ideal candidate

• Relevant degree — Bachelor’s qualification in a related subject area or equivalent
• English proficiency — fluent English speaker, native proficiency preferred depending on subject
• Teaching certification — PGCE or Master’s in Education required
• Technical skills — proficiency with essential MS Office applications
• Communication skills — ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively
• Team collaboration — strong interpersonal skills and capacity to work within a team
