The ideal candidate

• BA Degree in Education or a Degree in English Language with PGCE
• Teaching certificate or license in TESOL/TEFL
• Proven teaching experience in English as a Second Language
• Familiarity with the US Curriculum
• Strong knowledge of ESL teaching methodologies, language acquisition theories, and effective instructional strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Adaptability and flexiblity
• Familiarity with Map Testing is preferred.
