The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, or a related field.

• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

• TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA qualification is advantageous.

• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, preferably in Secondary ESL.

• Previous experience in an international or bilingual school is highly desirable.

• A creative, adaptable educator with strong classroom management and communication skills.
