An established international school in Lao Cai is looking for an enthusiastic ESL Teacher to join its team from August 2026.

Overview

You will work with secondary students to develop their English language skills, academic confidence and ability to communicate effectively. Lessons should be engaging, practical and purposeful, helping students develop the language skills they need for further education and an increasingly international world. You will create a supportive classroom where students feel confident to communicate, make mistakes, ask questions and become increasingly independent learners.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, English or a related field
• PGCE, QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• TESOL, TEFL or CELTA qualification is advantageous
• Minimum 2 years' teaching experience
• Secondary ESL experience preferred
• International or bilingual school experience highly desirable
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Creative, adaptable and student-focused approach
